COLLEEN FINNEGAN

Founder & Imaginator

Colleen Finnegan is a creative arts entrepreneur who partners with theatrical, educational,

non-profit and mental health institutions.  She designs and implements creative programming

for Enspirited while simultaneously designing and testing new programs and product ideas with

a team of investors.  Colleen has worked with professional theatres, private and public schools,

mental health associations, townships, state departments, non-profits, and for profit-companies

to design and implement programming with empowering themes and creative undertones.  Most

of her projects contain performance-related elements or education-based components.  Colleen 

has worn the hat of an actress, teaching artist, producer, stage manager, arts administrator, arts

consultant and company manager.  Some key performing credits include TV pilot "Coming Clean,"

live locations host with Radio Disney and work in many regional and NYC professional theaters. 

Teaching credits have included master classes, camps and productions in NY, NJ, PA, CO and MA.  

Colleen is also the developer and holder of design and utility patents on a product under

consideration for licensing by an internationally known education company and the owner of

the Lottery Cards greeting card line.

 

ROBERT G. BRADSHAW

Collaboration Creator

Robert Bradshaw is a producer, stage director, arts educator, and arts manager in the Greater New York area. Rob is currently the General Manager with Off Broadway Theatre, The Play Company in New York City. Previously, Rob was the Associate Director of Literature to Life Programs at The American Place Theatre, a nationally renowned arts education program that promotes literacy to underserved students across the country. Rob is also an acting coach to several students who have gone on to have successful careers in professional theatre, and he is a two-time recipient of Best Classical Acting Coach from the National Partners American Theatre in Washington DC. As a stage director, Rob has directed several regional productions throughout New York City and New Jersey and was recognized for excellence in stage directing by the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Rob holds a Bachelors in Theatre Studies and a Masters in Arts Management from Montclair State University. Rob believes in creating high quality programing that highlights professional and personal growth to students and professional artists alike. In 2011, Rob founded RGB Coaching & Consulting to promote this mission. In 2015, RGB Coaching & Consulting teamed with Enspirited Projects to expand the reach and quality of both companies.

DONNA BATTAGLIA

Mama Rockstar - Our Office Manager

Donna Battaglia has been teaching dance and choreographing throughout New Jersey for over twenty-five years.  She began her training at seven years old at Denise Daniele Dance Studio in Brick and studied jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical and musical theater under master teachers Robert Christopher, Charles Kelly, Germaine Salsberg and Frank Hatchett.  She is currently on staff at Perna Dance Center, Toms River High School East and Movement Dance Academy, where she will be celebrating her 24th year in September.  While tap and musical theater are her areas of expertise,  she also specializes in pre-school age programs and has implemented the program still used at Movement Dance Academy today.  Donna is a well sought after choreographer and is known for making every person on stage look like an accomplished and well-trained dancer. She has worked with theater companies, recreational children's and adult programs as well as numerous high schools and theater companies including Point Pleasant Boro, Brick Memorial, Christian Brother's Academy, Monmouth Regional, OhPear! Theater Company, Wall High School and Premier Theater Company- where she met Enspirited Projects owner and founder Colleen Finnegan!  Donna's students have gone on to find success on Broadway, in national tours, cruise ships, with NJ Tap Ensemble, with professional dance teams and even two former Miss New Jersey's!
